[SAtalk] DCC/Razor/RBLs

I'm looking into testing Razor and/or DCC and have a few questions I 
can't seem to get answers to from the docs (sorry if I missed them). 
before I get to that I just want to clarify that using systems like 
Razor, Pyzor, and DCC are different or separate from using RBLs. If so, 
what list(s) does SA check?

Now for the main course. DCC has a few different ways of running: 
milter, daemon, procmail, etc., which does SpamAssassin use or which 
would be best to use with SA? Would it be better to use the milter and 
have SA check the header? The docs say something like "if you have DCC 
installed, blah blah", but doesn't mention which method it uses. Maybe 
it doesn't matter. Anyway I think I will use the daemon.
