We're an ISP where the users can choose their 'required_hits' but not the
individual scoring of rules. So we couldn't score too highly in any event.
But my impression is that 'biz.yahoo' is mostly a responsible site, so
I'll not do anything about it this time.....

Because the users can set their own required_hits, this would be difficult
to guess at. But 0.5 seems like a fair value in line with other
indicators of 'possible' spam.
