Yeah.. that won't match any whitelist_from_rcvd commands... ever. SpamAssassin will ONLY honor a host name that appears next to a dotted IP in the headers, as the helo portion can be easily forged.
That header appears to be a machine that helo'ed as mail-gateway.exchage.goodwillny.org, but does not have a reverse DNS entry for it's IP address. Do you have a PTR record for 10.0.1.27 on your local dns resolver?
