Well, having this type of "FP" for new servers would make generating
the score for SA for the spamcop BL very difficult, since it would
only "FP" for a day.  You have to check the DNSBL listing of each
message *as it arrives* and compare the stats that way.  Doing the
test days, weeks, or even months later will drastically skew the
results when comparing the lists, since they are dynamic.
