I think that the problem is that the majority of questions asked
on this list are covered in the documentation. And the attitude
of a lot of people, including me sometimes, is that if you can't
read the documentation, you should not be administering an email
system.

I agree totally. If you can't RTFM, you shouldn't be administering ANY system, IMHO.
