I think that the problem is that the majority of questions asked
on this list are covered in the documentation. And the attitude
of a lot of people, including me sometimes, is that if you can't
read the documentation, you should not be administering an email
system. For example, I have spent a tremendous amount of time
writing about Procmail and SpamAssassin and I sometimes post
links to my pages, for example:

 SA section of Procmail Quick Start
 <http://www.ii.com/internet/robots/procmail/qs/#SA>

 SA section of Reverse Spam Filtering
 <http://www.ii.com/internet/messaging/spam/#SA>

But most of the time I can't be bothered and hope that someone
else will respond or the person will resort to Reading The Fine
Manuals!
