In at least three cases, this is would yield false positives. Among various other things, our webmail adds a X-NNTX-CameFrom-IP field to outgoing messages from our users. We also append X-NNTX-Spam-* fields for incoming messages that could then be re-spamassassined by the end user, which would generate a false positive. There are also several Challenge/Response Systems that use random 64-512bit X- headers for an extra level of identification.
