Spamassassin setup for qmail - system wide mail delivery DOES NOT WORK! However,
it works for indivdual user.

I read an article "How to use Spamassassin together with Qmail" at
http://www.magma.com.ni/~jorge/spamassassin.html. Very good work.
Here is my problem description and I would certainly appreciate any suggestion. I want to fillter (system-wide) only incoming emails during local mail delivery (not outgoing mails) for I checked qmail archive for any solutions. No luck yet, finding any solution/s to my problem.
My configuration: -------------- qmail-1.03 spamassassin-2.60-1 vpopmail 5.2.2 I am not using qmail-scanner!
Results: -------- Filtering mail with spamassassin per individual user - !!! WORKED !!!! I create a .qmail file for each user with contents like: # vi /home/vpopmail/domains/mydomain.com/testuser/.qmail | /usr/bin/spamassassin -P | /usr/local/bin/maildir ./Maildir/
Filtering mail for system wide delivery - !!!!! DID NOT WORK !!!!! # vi /var/qmail/control/defaultdelivery | /usr/bin/spamassassin -P | /usr/local/bin/maildir ./Maildir/
Could someone please comment on why spamassassin is not working for system wide delivery if I change the defaultdelivery setup.
