Debain Sarge with Spamassassin deb 2.60-2. Even when I have in my
/etc/spamassassin/local.cf file the following line:

whitelist_from [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Mail like the following is always marked as spam:

This email comes from websec, a locally run utility which sends you
email when some monitorized web page changes.
