It's in Bayes.pm -- worth taking a look, if you like.  CHEW_BODY_URIS
is the switch that turns it on, on by default.

rules are always useful -- note that the AWL and Bayes require
training of some sort, whereas rules work out of the box.

But tokenizing these URIs means that users training bayes, and
auto-learning, will learn that these URIs are "bad" or "good" --
which is effectively the same as a URI auto-whitelist, IMO.

I do think a distributed DNSBL/DNSWL based on URIs would work
well.
