So the delay on this one was at Sourceforge.  A service I
hasten to express praise and thanks for, all the livelong day,
and to ask everybody to be patient with.  Unless you know somebody
who is willing to cut a big fat check, large enough to equip the
list servers with orders of magnitude of improvement in whatever
the sticky wickets there might be!  Network bandwidth, CPU, 
disk IO, just plain system tuning, list server software
optimizations, whatever.

Because there are so many lists on those machines, I'd expect
delays to vary a quite lot, depending on what's going on at 
the moment with other lists.
