I just upgraded to 2.60, and have noticed an increasing number of
false-positives because of a RCVD_IN_DYNABLOCK match. I've double
checked the headers, and the mail servers delivering the mail are
not in dynablock.

Perhaps I'm not seeing this correctly, but wouldn't this mean that
anyone sending mail out through their ISP's mail server that keeps
the Received: headers would also end up being tagged? That doesn't
seem to be very useful, especially with a default weight of 2.5points.
