No, this virus (like many others) is using a forged From line, the only way you can tell who is infected is through the IP addresses in the received header.
Rather than doing nothing, at least informing the ISP , and asking that they remind their users of the need to check for virus's, _should_ , in theory, reduce the amount of Spam, masqueraded emails and emails produced by virus's.
The IP (canonical name mta2.srv.hcvlny.cv.net ) has an "OrgAbuseEmail:" of [EMAIL PROTECTED] So in the least, if I receive 200 of these emails, write a bit of Perl to run through the "Junk" email box, summarise the IP's (there may only be 4 or 5), then send an email to them, it will be pro-active, ... doing something at least. :)
