As suggested I added the -D to the startup:

Here is what I see in my maillog file:

NOTE---- To me (an unaided eye) it all looks good. But, if I send mail in from the 
outside I see no other entries. I can find no other logged info that would lead me to 
believe that it is not working, only I do not see any tangible evidence that it is?
