IIRC are the Outlook .msg files binary files, no format sa-learn
understands. You need to export as plain text which is almost impossible
with Outlook (last time I hat to do that I installed Mercury Mail as a
local IMAP server, copied the files there and then fed the created files to
sa-learn).
