Subject: [SAtalk] Cannot debug spamassassin

Can anyone direct me in debugging SpamAssassin install?

As far as I can tell, it is installed correctly (using Qmailscanner, Clam,
Spamassassin) as I do not get any errors anywhere, yet I do not see
spamassassing is doing anything. No timestamps, no log entries, no nothing?

All I see in /var/log/maillog is this:

Sep 25 12:39:24 webmail spamd[705]: server started on port 783 (running
version 2.55)

*snip*

Bob,

try adding the -D option. It will definitely turn on debugging and show you
what SA is doing.

Regards
Ralf G.
