I've got a working version of bayes in mysql, well actually sql (I've tested with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQLite). I'm actually just trying to put the finishing touches on things right now (there is one issue with duplicates that I need to address). Hopefully, I'll have something for public consumption in the next day or so. You might want to watch this bug for more info: http://bugzilla.spamassassin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=195 BTW, that already has my AWL in SQL implementation attached, which is fairly complete and has been in production on my server since Feb.
