My company is "Opto22".. this rule adds 2.4 points to every email that comes into my company because of our name.. is there any way to fix this rule so that "Opto" isn't seen as 'opt'? Or do I have to just modify the rules so that this particular rule gets 0.0 points?
The problem isn't so much compensating for the rule at your location ... The *real* problem is that everyone ELSE is also starting off every message they receive from your domain with 2.4 points!
