Tried that for both Digest::MD5 and Digest::SHA1. 

It says make install -- OK afterwards, but I still have the same problem
trying to "make install" razor-users.

You might try "force install Digest::SHA1."  It looks like *parts* of it 
are up to date, but not all of it.
