If you look in the qmail-command man page you will see that the RECIPIENT environment variable is set to the expanded email address for the user. I have a script I run from the .qmail file that takes this information to determine which SQL user prefs to use. You can find the script at: http://www.flarenet.com/consulting/software/spamassassin/spamassassin.sh It should hopefully be commented enough to follow. If you go up one directory in the path above you will find additional information. (The key lines are the recipient comment though.)
