They are only in the release candidates.  run:

  man Mail::SpamAssassin::Conf

or

  perldoc Mail::SpamAssassin::Conf

to read the configuration documentation if you have 2.60-rc6 installed.

Not quite.  That option is replacing "always_add_report 1" (which is
deprecated, but will still work in 2.60).

"always_add_header" has never been an option.  It's "always_add_headers"
(plural).

If you have 2.60-rc6, look for "DEPRECATED OPTIONS" in
Mail::SpamAssassin::Conf.  It lists the options that are being phased
out and that should ideally be changed to stay up-to-date.
