Heh...you're right.  That patch was corrupt.

Anyway, it patches fine now, but now I get an error on make:
make: don't know how to make
/usr/libdata/perl/5.00503/mach/CORE/opnames.h. Stop
*** Error code 2

I built 2.22 fine with perl 5.005 previously.  I have the Makefile in
my 2.22 directory to prove it! 

Opnames, I believe, is part of 5.6.1 and greater.  I don't know why
its asking for that now.  Ugh...to be honost, Razor has been and
continues to be a PITA, IMO.  :(  I'm ready to give up on it.

Does this patch add a 5.6.1 requirement?  I don't see how it could.
