I've copied his local.cf file and restarted SA.  I still have the same
problem.  Here's an example of what happens to the e-mails, it completely
messes up the HTML.

SPAM: *  3.0 -- URI: Uses a dotted-decimal IP address in URL
SPAM: * -0.8 -- BODY: Image tag with an ID code to identify you
SPAM: *  3.2 -- HTML-only mail, with no text version
SPAM: *  1.8 -- No MX records for the From: domain
SPAM: 
SPAM: ---- End of SpamAssassin results
