Your two sets of information are from different databases. I suggest either symlinking /root/.spamassassin to /var/qmail/.spamassassin; or symlinking each of the bayes_* files in /root/spamassassin, so that root sees the same db as the user qmail is running as. -kgd -- <erno> hm.
