No.  And, the following from Comcast is always inserted with Klez Emails and
other Comcast spam that does not include a Date field:

X-Comment: Sending client does not conform to RFC822 minimum requirements
X-Comment: Date has been added by Maillennium.

These messages are also missing the Message-Id.  I have not seen non-spam
that is missing both the Date and Message-Id fields.  But obviously, Date
would do.
