yes, but a Date-warning: Date header was inserted by mxout2.netvision.net.il ??? How many mails bear this header? Also, many formmailers don't insert a Date but let the MTA do it. So, a lot of MTA-inserted mail isn't spam or bulk mail or unsolicited at all. On the other hand, if MTAs started to add a warning header to all external inbound or relayed mail (which would stop adding it for local formmailers) spammers would possibly add this ASAP, or not? So, it's not a good indicator at the moment because of quantity and it won't be one in the long run because spammers would adopt if gets used by more mTAs.
