RBL checks are on by default, but you have to have the Net::DNS perl module installed for them to work. The easiest way to do that is through CPAN. perl -MCPAN -e shell install Net::DNS quit After that you want to try running a message through SpamAssassin manually from the command prompt in debugging mode and look at the debugging output for mention of DNS and RBL checks...
