That seems like a bad idea.  The word 'pornography' is
loaded - has a bad taste.  Serious spammers never use it.
This particular mail used it, but only because they
*intended* to offend.

A mail containing the literal phrase "child pornography"
is more probably a serious mail about the topic than that
will be any kind of advertisement.
