Both. It's been under a DOS for several weeks and - assuming one can
actually make a successful connection - the zone now contains
* IN A 127.0.0.2
TXT "Please stop using relays.osirusoft.com"
hence the apparent listing of all IPs.
To be honest, I'm amazed it's taken this long for Joe to finally do
something to stop people using his zones. It's been coming for a while.
