I used this approach with the individual listed as the technical and administrative contact for the DHS Club domain (Richard Burke) about a year and a half ago. I didn't use a script, but hand forwarded each spam. At one point he actually replied to me, asking what I wanted. After I told him in a reply, the spams dwindled.
