how can I remove this part of header (between the stars)

Please do not remove that part of the header.. it's there on purpose and it's intentional that there's no config option to disable it.
You can remove it using a patch to the SA source that I'm sure someone on the list can give you, but anytime you report a bug, the sa-devs are going to want to see that header so they can be certain of what version is causing problems.
