I use spamassassin on a relay that forwards to an Exchange 5.5 box. Users stick any spam that made it undetected into a public folder.
I've connected to the exchange box using Netscapes mail client, so now I have the contents of the public folder in mbox format. I'd like to use sa-learn to train spamassassin that it's spam. I'm unsure if I should do anything before running sa-learn? At present each message in the mbox file has all the headers listed, and all the spamassassin headers that were added when it first passed through - I'm cautious that I might be doing something dumb and training it that my own mail server sends spam etc.. I did ask this several months back but didn't manage to find much info, so any advice would be gratefully received. regards, Paul ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email sponsored by: Free pre-built ASP.NET sites including Data Reports, E-commerce, Portals, and Forums are available now.
