Just for your info, about two thirds of New Zealand is contained within
the 202.x.x.x ip range, and almost no spam comes from here.

Why don't you just do the job properly and block x.x.x.x ?

This is exactly the kind of overzealous, somewhat ignorant, sledgehammer
tactic that SpamAssassin is here to help avoid. Each message should be
judged on its own merits, and shouldn't be rejected simply because the
*first* octet of the ip address is the same....geeze...

Of course, you'll only receive my reply through the list and not directly,
since you're already blocking my ip address.....
