If you feel like clicking, you can see the headers in the mail's
options. Copy&paste those + body (body's source if it's html mail)
and feed that combo to sa-learn.

Depends. You can specify site-wide bayes location as
/root/.spamassassin/bayes (like you have now), make sure every user
has permission to access the files and everyone would use it (unless
they specify otherwise in their user_prefs).

If you feel like it, you can always change the scoring. For example you
could put

score RAZOR2_CHECK 2.5
score RAZOR2_CF_RANGE_91_100 3.5

in your user_prefs or local.cf.
