This is my syslog.conf file:

mail.info                                       /var/log/maillog
*.err;kern.debug;auth.notice;mail.crit;news.err /var/log/messages
cron.*                                          /var/cron/log
mail.*                                          /var/log/maillog
mail.debug                                      /var/log/maillog
*.*                                             /var/log/syslog
console.*                                       /var/log/console.log

Maybe I have something wrong in it and I can not see it.
As you can see I don't have any /dev/console on it.

That message isn't from the kernel, it's from spamd. If it is coming
from 
your kernel, it should be sent with the kern.* facility not mail.*.

Something seems strange about your syslog setup.
