This should be a FAQ, if it isn't already.

Basically, the GA looks at the overall success rate -- in this case, it's
likely that there were one or two FPs on BAYES_90, and it could *increase*
overall effectiveness of SpamAssassin by reducing it score, since other
rules caught those spams just fine anyway with the lower bayes score.
