DNS-based blacklist - see http://openrbl.org and
http://www.declude.com/junkmail/support/ip4r.htm for more info.

You'd have to look at the SA docs or in the score sets; I'm not sure
which ones SA uses out-of-the-box. I prefer the open proxy lists, dialup
lists, and open relay lists, as well as rfc-ignorant (on the principle
that if you can't operate according to published standards, it's
doubtful you can run a secure or polite network.) SPEWS and Osirusoft
are very useful in SA, though maybe excessive if used to block at the
MTA, depending on your local policy and user community.
