My mail provider uses spamassassin. I have set the spam threshold

spamassassin. Most of the spam is correctly identified. The problem
is that some emails are flagged as X-SPAM-FLAG: NO despite a high
X-SPAM-SCORE (above 1.5). These include senders that are not
included in my 'allow' list and even some included in the 'deny' list.

Has anyone had any similar experience? Could this be a bug?
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Could you quote an exact set of X-Spam-* headers that are an example of this?

One common mistake is failing to notice that the score is negative, and wondering why a mail with score=-70.2 didn't get tagged :)
