I had a similar problem and found out that sa-learn had not completed the job because of a memory timeout, and after that everything stalled. However, I also had an extra lock file and a file called bayes_toks.new in my directory, which were clues that something was strange. -Abigail GC> The $HOME is my home folder, actually given in the output.
