Whenever I run sa-learn now I get the message:
Cannot open bayes_path $HOME/.spamassassin/bayes R/O:
Cannot open bayes_path $HOME/.spamassassin/bayes R/W: File exists
The $HOME is my home folder, actually given in the output. This is with spamassassin 2.55, bayes seems to have happily collected 515 messages in it's database and suddenly stopped.
Anyone got a clue as to why this is happenning?
here is my directory:
-rw------- 1 giles root 117742 Jul 27 18:05 auto-whitelist
-rw------- 1 giles root 515 Jul 27 18:04 bayes_msgcount
-rw------- 1 giles root 61440 Jul 27 18:04 bayes_seen
-rw------- 1 giles root 1695744 Jul 27 18:04 bayes_toks
-rw-r--r-- 1 giles root 1218 Jul 20 13:43 user_prefs
All my configuration files are the defaults. I'm running spamd, calling spamc from kmail under Linux (Gentoo).
Very strange...
