Traceroute from here gets as far as 208.46.126.50, I believe the next hop should be 209.137.166.74 (delmar-209-137-166-74-dsl.cavtel.net) but that doesn't seem to want traffic from me. I don't think it's a temporary condition, it hasnt changed since you announced the wiki.
