Well, yes anyone can change it. But then it's supposed to be an "Open Source" web site. The more people that use it and add corrections, the more accurate it can become. I will be trying to keeping an eye on things per se though. I'm looking at this as a collabrative/community effort. Both of our sites can be important. Yours for the archival aspect and mine for the dynamic learning aspect. You site can act as both a final repository for rules issues that could be hashed out on mine.
