The only users with right permissions to that dir are the one user and
root.

FYI, even webmaster does not have write permissions.  All writes are
actually performed by CGI files that allow only editing of certain files
and are very secure so they just can't right willie-nillie they can only
set certain options and add to and from the white/blck lists.

I am just trying to understand why other spamassassin users have the
bayes_msgseen, _count, _toks but only the one has the _journal file.
