Hi List, I have an older Redhat 7.2 mail/web server and want to install SpamAssassin.
On this system I cannot upgrade to perl 5.6.1... Some other tries didn't work. Is someone here who has some experiences about this? Or solved this problem? I read about the 7.3 rpms and that some changes in a spec file are required to install. First I should run rpm -ivh with the src-rpm, then the changes and then rpm --rebuild or something? Theo Van Dinter wrote it in June. Here I need a detailed help... Is it possible in this way to install/compile the newest version 2.55 with perl 5.6.0?
