Not the worst idea, but I'm afraid that it would be misused by spammers to... spam. Or better: annoy others. But there's something like EICAR for spam, it's called GTUBE. We hope that one day every spam-filter will know it. At least SpamAssassin can be tested with it. It's available in the t/data/spam dir in the dist or here [1]. Just send yourself a test mail containing the long string from that file.
