Yes. The main reason there is that, since few of us (the core team) use these metrics, we're not entirely sure what should go into them. Nor is it a priority to us. If you like, I would suggest opening a request-for-enhancement bug at http://Bugzilla.SpamAssassin.org/ with what you reckon would be useful.
