Surely it would be a trivial thing for them to do. I'm no programmer, but I think I could write a perl script to examine a bounced message address and strip it out of a sql database. From what little I know about procmail it could probably be automated. No cost to the spammer once it's up and running - I'd be suprised if they're not allready doing it!
