SA goes through rule types seperately. in no specific order but as example: body, then head, then rawbody, then ... (I don't feel like looking at the code to get the actual order...) We don't sort the rules in each group. I believe they're stored in a hash until use, so the order should end up semi-random. -- Randomly Generated Tagline: "We come down at 10.
