Offering you the benefit of my screwups.... Make sure the machine has DNS access and general internet access for the RBL checks. Make sure permissions on the Bayes files and directory are correct. Also make sure the files are current. If you start from scratch, you'll have to retrain. Compare the rules hits on the two machines.
