I've noticed sometimes when manually reporting spam the
authentication to the razor servers fails - most of the times it
seems to work though. So that's one random reason, but it's logged
pretty descriptively in the ~/.razor/razor-agent.log even at the
default logging level. Make sure you have 2.34, apparently the
Changes file says "Rewrote many error messages to be descriptive
and helpful. [vipul]".
